Important: How to book Appointments?
Registration on this website is a one time procedure that needs to be done using your mobile number and date of birth.
Enter your mobile number and date of birth in the Registration Part-1 screen. (This should be the same as the details provided by you on the hospital's HIS)
Click Get OTP.
If the mobile number and date of birth do not match with the records in our database, the registration will fail and you will have to visit the hospital's Welcome Desk to update your mobile number and date of birth.
Enter your Username, Password, Mobile number and Date of Birth as desired in Registration Part-2 screen. (Username should have no spaces/special characters)
Enter the OTP received on your mobile and click submit to generate your username and password. OTP is valid only for 5 minutes after which it will expire.
Click Login on the website to access it's E-Facilities.
